Tom has negotiated all forms of residential and commercial real estate transactions common to The Bay Area.  His experience strengthens clients positions when selling, investing or buying property.  In 2009 he earned a MBA from University of San Francisco.  Consulting on family trust matters, UCC-l compliance or Alcohol Beverage Control licensing to maximize value are his specialties.

 

Marina has lived in San Francisco and has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years, putting her business acumen, keen eye for design and endless energy to work for her clients. In addition to real estate, Marina is passionate about animals, the environment and wine! If not out selling homes on the weekends, you can find her hanging out with her dog, child and husband on the trails in Marin.

Lisa oversees transactions to insure results for her clients.   She has over 15 years as a licensed professional, years of construction management experience and is known for her attention to detail.  Lisa knows San Francisco and San Mateo Counties.  She specializes Bernal Heights and The Portola neighborhoods as well as cities of South San Francisco, Daly City and San Bruno.

Bill’s focus is residential and bar/restaurant sales for over 25 years.  Bill knows San Francisco, the hospitality industry and has the experience to get transactions closed.  He makes client’s real estate goals come true with hands on project management.  He takes the turbulance out of transactions, stays on budget and delivers results.

Paul is a real estate expert with experience as a homeowner, investor, landlord and property manager.   Paul earned his MBA from California University – San Francisco and a licensed as a real estate consultant since 2006.  Paul is family man, with two young children and is also an avid photographer.  Reach him on his trusty iPhone 415.290.8181.

Josh received his B.A. from  Gonzaga University and earned his MBA from the University of San Francisco. Josh is committed to delivering results for his clients through transparent communication earning 100% client satisfaction. Outside of work he has enjoyed serving on his homeowners association board as treasurer since 2017.
